Tech Lead Fullstack Engineer (ReactJS, C#, .NET) | Remote in Mexico

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a senior technologist who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about architecting scalable web applications. You will bridge product vision and engineering excellence, leading by example to deliver robust solutions using modern Microsoft and frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and architecture discussions, partnering with architecture, product, and business teams.
• Develop and test web applications using ReactJS on the client side and Microsoft technology stack (C#, ASP.NET, MVC 4.0+, WebAPI).
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices, SOLID principles, and clean code.
• Create technical designs, write code, perform unit testing, and ensure feature completeness during sprints.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, NoSQL, stored procedures) and integrate with REST APIs, GraphQL, and understand gRPC.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines, code quality metrics, static analysis, and testing automation.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and support incident response and stakeholder requests.
• Build native cloud-based solutions on Azure and demonstrate a solid understanding of distributed systems.
• Contribute to a culture of high-quality code, performance-oriented development, and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills Required:

With over 10 years of experience as a:

• Frontend: ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive web design
• Backend: C#, ASP.NET, MVC 4.0+, WebAPI, NodeJS
• Data: SQL, NoSQL, SQL Server, stored procedures; ADO.NET, Entity Framework
• APIs/Protocols: REST APIs, GraphQL, basic understanding of gRPC
• Tools/Platforms: Visual Studio, VS Code, SSMS, Git; CI/CD tooling; static analysis and quality metrics
• Cloud: Azure fundamentals; building distributed cloud-based solutions
• Testing: unit testing, test automation, and script creation
• Soft skills: comunicacin, compromiso, liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, capacidad de context switching

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Fluent in English (Advanced) C1 - C2

Location & Schedule:

• Remote work from Mexico City
• Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 18:00
• Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Mexico
