We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our founding Customer Success team. The role involves ensuring a smooth customer experience and providing support to customers integrating autonomous pentesting into their vulnerability management programs.
Requirements
- Experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Familiarity with application security or developer tools
- Working knowledge of application security fundamentals
- Exposure to security tools ecosystem: scanners, DAST/SAST platforms, vulnerability management systems
- Background in technical program management, technical account management or scaled customer success
- Fluent in Korean, advanced in English
