- Technical background with hands-on experience in Fixed Network (Technical Fix) operations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to handle internal and client interactions effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and invoicing tasks.
- Must be able to work on UK timings (12:00 PM to 12:00 AM PST).
- Familiarity with software interfaces and ability to work across multiple systems is essential.
- Excellent email drafting and written communication skills
- This is a remote/work-from-home role. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable working environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in international projects and similar time zones.
