We are looking for several SAP BTP L3 Support Engineers for a leading tech company in Germany. The position is 100% remote and long-term.
Requirements
- Experience in SAP support, ideally in Level 3 support or similar technical support functions.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, including platform services, troubleshooting, and operational support.
- Ability to handle L3 incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and coordination of issue resolution.
- Experience in technical leadership and working with internal teams, stakeholders, and service owners.
- Familiarity with support processes, escalations, and maintaining stable operations in enterprise SAP environments.
