The Professional Coding Auditor-Educator will educate and train WVU Healthcare Coding Staff, oversee auditing and education plans, and perform coding quality audits. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Health Information Technology or equivalent, 5 years of coding experience, and certification in one of the following: Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Certified Outpatient Coder (COC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Certified Professional Coder (CPC).
