The successful candidate will have experience in senior sales or fundraising roles, a proven track record of success in major gifts, and a passion for the mission and values of World Vision Canada.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5–8 years of experience in senior sales or fundraising roles
- Demonstrated fundraising experience with a proven track record of success in major gift development
- Comprehensive knowledge of the donor relationship cycle and moves management principles
- Strategic thinker with strong business development and prospecting skills
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a proactive, self-motivated approach to achieving ambitious fundraising targets
- Passion for the mission and values of World Vision Canada
