About the job Data Entry Specialist RemoteWe are working with a law firm looking to build their legal team with the addition of remote data entry clerks who are reliable, efficient and detail-oriented individuals looking to join a fast-paced team that makes a difference. The data entry team will work remotely to support the legal team in the progress of cases by entering multiple data taps into our systems and performing other administrative filing functions to support the progress of legal cases.Desired skills and experienceMust be able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.High level of accuracy.Experience in data entry and working with a case management system is preferred.ResponsibilitiesMaintain up to date case email inboxes and respond/refer to individuals accordingly.Keep case management systems up to date.Assist with some legal forms data entry functions as needed.Maintain an active and efficient communication flow with the legal team.Act as general support to the legal team and assist as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
