We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support the development, standardization, and maintenance of high-quality documentation for a large transportation and infrastructure organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), project teams, and stakeholders to create clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation that supports operational efficiency, compliance, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer (5+ years preferred)
- Strong experience in Technical documentation, Business process, documentation, SOP creation
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and documentation standards
- Tools: Visio / documentation tools
