We are seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps Consultant with strong experience in Copado and Salesforce release management to support enterprise-scale implementations. This role will focus on driving DevOps best practices, CI/CD automation, and deployment strategies across multiple Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce DevOps and release management processes using Copado or similar tools
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
- Oversee end-to-end release cycles across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely releases
- Implement best practices for version control (Git), branching, and environment strategy
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize release workflows
Required Experience
- 8–10+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform
- Hands-on experience with Copado (or similar tools like Gearset, Flosum, AutoRABIT)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
- Experience working in enterprise or multi-org Salesforce environments
- Proficiency with Git/version control systems
