Requirements

  • Conduct consultative calls with interested leads in training and digital education programs
  • Understand the context, needs, and objections of each lead to guide them through the commercial process
  • Close sales in a consultative way, generating trust and a good experience for the client
  • Manage and follow up on leads within the CRM
  • Recover commercial opportunities and non-converted leads
  • Analyze the sales funnel and identify opportunities for improvement in conversion and processes
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams
