Requirements
- Conduct consultative calls with interested leads in training and digital education programs
- Understand the context, needs, and objections of each lead to guide them through the commercial process
- Close sales in a consultative way, generating trust and a good experience for the client
- Manage and follow up on leads within the CRM
- Recover commercial opportunities and non-converted leads
- Analyze the sales funnel and identify opportunities for improvement in conversion and processes
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams
