Client Success Manager - SEO Agency (Part Time)

Private Practice Elevation is a marketing agency that helps private practice owners, especially in the mental health space, attract more of the right clients through strategic websites and SEO. This is a part-time remote role that will support the growing SEO service line and be the main point of contact for clients.

Requirements

• Experience in client success, project coordination, account coordination, or operations in an agency or service-based business.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients at once.
• Familiarity with SEO concepts, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Comfortable using Asana or similar project management tools.
