In 2000, WoodWing's founders recognized a critical gap in the publishing and content management landscape: organizations were struggling to efficiently create, manage, and distribute content across multiple channels. Traditional tools were built for siloed workflows, leaving teams fragmented and content operations chaotic. So they built WoodWing - a comprehensive content and information management platform designed to orchestrate content at scale.

Over two decades, WoodWing has evolved from that initial insight into a global leader serving thousands of organizations across publishing, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and beyond. The platform now encompasses WoodWing Studio for multichannel publishing, WoodWing Assets for digital asset management, WoodWing Scienta for knowledge and quality management, WoodWing Xtendis for secure document archiving, and WoodWing Connect for seamless integrations. Headquartered in the Netherlands with operations worldwide, WoodWing continues to push the boundaries of what's possible in content orchestration and enterprise information management, helping teams transform how they work with content, documents, and knowledge every day.
