Canada onlyWiza is hiring a Director of GTM Strategy & Operations to lead the operational backbone of how Wiza goes to market and build AI-powered systems behind it. The role involves strategic planning, playbook design, revenue operations, and GTM engineering.
Requirements
- 7+ years in RevOps, GTM Ops, GTM Engineering, or Sales Ops, with at least 2 years leading people in a high-growth B2B SaaS or similar environments
- Hubspot fluency, and comfort across the modern GTM stack (Outreach, Gong, Clay, Nooks, conversational AI tools)
- An AI-native instinct, with experience building workflows with Claude or similar, and understanding agent design
- Strong analytical chops, fluent enough in BI tools (HubSpot reporting, Looker, Mode, Hex) to answer your own questions without a ticket
- A bias toward shipping, with strong opinions and a willingness to ask 'why' twice before building anything
