We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to cover an area focused around the M5 corridor, ideally between Bristol and Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a regional team of installation & Service Technicians, supporting customer engagement and win new business.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years field service experience as a service technician
- Proven experience in leading a team of field service technicians
- Electrical qualification
- Management qualifications desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisation and computer skills
- Ability to learn new applications and cross-train others
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
- Direct experience in the warewash and or catering industry desirable
