Agentic Operator: Marketing Growth

WeTravel is seeking an Agentic Operator to design, run, and improve AI agents that handle marketing workflows across content, lead enrichment, campaign operations, and growth experimentation. The role involves configuring agents using different platforms and prompt engineering, and monitoring agent output to ensure reliability and accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years in marketing operations, growth ops, or marketing automation
• Experience with marketing systems like HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude, Salesforce, or similar GTM platforms
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and no-code agent platforms (Clay, Lindy, Make, n8n)
• Some comfort with APIs and basic technical concepts
