You’ll oversee all branch operations, guiding both Sales and Installation teams with the support of high-level regional leadership.

What You’ll Own
You will:
- Translate CEO-level strategic expectations into branch-level plans that drive Sales and Operations success.
- Partner with the In-Home Sales Manager to elevate sales systems, coach high performers, and ensure NSLI and volume targets are crushed.
- Collaborate with Installation Managers to refine systems that boost First Pass Yield and drive revenue.
- Support the Warehouse Manager in optimizing receiving, staging, inventory, and quality control.
- Maintain OSHA compliance and uphold West Shore Home safety standards across field and warehouse operations.
- Review and present branch financials monthly to the CEO and CFO.
- Forecast headcount needs, drive hiring, and ensure training supports revenue goals.
- Represent West Shore Home in community and philanthropic initiatives.
