Requirements
- Several years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or B2B sales
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of motivating and developing teams
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualification, and outreach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus
