The Senior Manager, Global Facilities is responsible for governing, standardizing and continuously optimizing Facility Management services across Wella Company's global portfolio, ensuring consistent, high-quality workplace operations and employee experience while balancing service excellence, cost efficiency, compliance and sustainability.
Requirements
- Define and actively contribute to the global Facility Management strategy in close collaboration with the Director of Real Estate and Facility Management
- Establish and maintain robust global SLA and KPI frameworks to monitor service quality and performance, response times and incident management, health, safety and regulatory compliance, and overall cost efficiency and productivity
- Act as the senior counterpart to global and regional account directors of Facility Management service providers, ensuring strong governance, performance accountability and long-term partnership alignment
