Requirements
- Completed studies (Computer Science, Business Informatics, BWL, etc.) or equivalent qualification
- Certification as SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) or Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- 5+ years of professional experience in the SAFe context
- Deep understanding of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, OKR)
- Experience with Atlassian toolchain (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- High communication and team skills
- Self-sufficient, structured working with high initiative
