We are seeking a detail-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in lead qualification for SaaS products. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating inbound leads, understanding customer needs, and ensuring high-quality prospects are handed off to the sales team for further engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads using pre-established criteria to determine potential fit.
- Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to gather insights into their needs and challenges.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess interest and readiness for a deeper sales conversation.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers to evaluate alignment with SaaS offerings.
- Accurately document lead interactions and updates in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth and informed lead handover.
- Provide insights and feedback to marketing and sales teams to enhance lead qualification processes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, customer profiles, and competitive offerings to better assess opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS sales, lead qualification, or related roles.
- Proven ability to evaluate and qualify leads quickly and effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Analytical approach to understanding customer fit and sales potential.
- Comfortable handling objections and steering conversations toward value-driven solutions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team environment.
