The Application Analyst I for Epic is responsible for configuring, documenting, testing, modifying and maintaining software applications, and providing guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of the Epic system.
Requirements
- Assists in designing, verifying, documenting, amending and refactoring moderately complex software configurations for deployment.
- Collaborates in reviews of work with others as appropriate.
- Investigates and resolves issues relating to applications, follows agreed procedures to identify and resolve issues with applications.
- Assists with the design of test cases and test scripts, mapping back to pre-determined criteria, recording and reporting test outcomes.
- Provides first line investigation and gathers information to enable incident resolution and allocate incidents.
