As a member of our Customer Operations department, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer service disruptions, providing timely solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an aviation-related field (desirable)
- Minimum 6 month - 1 year of experience working at the airport as a ground handling agent, a travel agent, or in customer service
- Previous experience in an operational role within the airline industry
- Experience dealing with operational disruptions
- Experience managing customer service disruptions and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
