Spain onlyAt Voicemod, we're looking for a hands-off Engineering Manager to lead the Mobile team and help people do their best work. The team is responsible for our mobile app and VMkey development and is expected to be a key driver of the company's growth over the next years.
Requirements
- Proficient English Level (C1)
- +3 years leading teams and experience working with remote teams
- Strong track record of managing technical projects using Agile methodologies
- Good understanding of business and user behaviour metrics and digital product definition processes
- Extensive experience in mobile software development and marketplaces
- Experience planning, configuring and maintaining CI pipelines
- Understanding and experience building unit, integration and E2E tests
