Vitesse Systems is seeking a Director of Business Development for their EW/Radar division. This leadership role focuses on managing a high performing sales team and developing strategies to capture key accounts. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the EW and Radar market, with a proven record of sales growth. This is a remote position that requires travel up to 75%. Competitive candidates will have a BS in Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in the field. Strong relationship management and communication skills are essential.
