Web Developer

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performing websites. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern web technologies, CMS platforms, and front-end/back-end development. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with designers, project managers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Maintenance

• Develop responsive, high-performing websites using modern web technologies.
• Implement and maintain CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or headless CMS solutions).
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, or integration challenges.

Collaboration & Implementation

• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into functional code.
• Work with project managers and marketing teams to deliver digital assets on schedule.
• Integrate websites with APIs, CRMs, and other third-party systems as needed.
• Maintain consistent code quality, documentation, and version control practices.

Quality & Innovation

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
• Recommend and implement technical improvements to enhance user experience, security, and performance.
• Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of websites and digital tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of professional experience in web development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern JS framework (React, Vue, Angular).
• Experience with PHP or Node.js for backend development preferred.
• Strong experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms (theme customization, plugin development, etc.).
• Prior experience in a marketing, digital, or creative agency is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Understanding of responsive design principles, SEO optimization, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
