Dedicated Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter for a 6 month contract who will operate as an embedded member of our client's team.

Requirements

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles
• Partner directly with client hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure recruitment data integrity
• Deliver structured weekly reports to the client covering progress, performance metrics, challenges, and action plans
