Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an IT or systems administration role
- Hands-on experience with macOS and/or Windows endpoint management and modern MDM platform
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)
- Experience managing SaaS provisioning, particularly with Google Workspace
- Familiarity with A/V systems and conference room technology
- Proactive approach to identify and resolving issues
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
- Organized and thoughtful about documentation and process
