Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate is responsible for pursuing and generating new business leads, identifying points of contact within prospective customers, and nurturing leads into opportunities.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Operations preferred
• 1-3 years of business development and/or sales prospecting experience, including cold calling, researching, qualifying and nurturing leads, preferably within a B2B manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Competitive drive and the ability to self-motivate to meet and exceed expectations
• Problem solving skills and the ability to find new ways to create value
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and ZoomInfo
