Why us?
Our company was created by individuals who have worked in the household goods industry for years, but not as movers; we were suppliers to the moving companies themselves. This provided us with the unique insight to learn the difficulties that moving companies encounter, their structure, areas where the process can be improved, all while also learning that the government does not have a full understanding of how to best create a program which delivers the best relocation experience to Service Members and their families. Over the last two and a half years, it has become clear that creating an internal program to service moves via a Personally Procured Move is the best way to consistently provide this high level of service.
It is our experience that when developing new initiatives, the best way to learn is through the customer's input. It would be an honor to not only help the military personnel who have served to protect our country by providing an opportunity to learn skills for post service life but also develop a program that is truly built with input from those same individuals.
We look forward to an opportunity to discuss this initiative more with you during the interview process.
What the Intern Gains
- Direct mentorship from the Chief Commercial Officer
- Hands-on experience in sales strategy and military relocation markets
- Commission-based earning potential (upon hire)
- Resume-building experience in logistics and business development
- Potential pathway to full-time sales or operations role
Performance Bonus and Commission (post internship)
- Throughout the process of building this program, our team will work with the Intern to develop performance metrics which will shape the bonus structure based on the success of the program and individual should both parties elect to move into full term employment once the internship has concluded.
