Manager, Cloud & Channel Program Ops

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven people manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing policies and operational standards to support our VCSP Cloud partner programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Cloud and Channel Program Operations team who support partner program automation and compliance.
• Oversee the training and support of sales teams and partners on policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Support partners using the Pulse system which captures and reports consumption in Cloud Services Program.
• Develop and manage compliance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track performance against established standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, channel sales, enablement, preferably within the software industry.
• People leadership experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
