We are looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to strengthen and grow long-term relationships with our existing customers. You will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and growing revenue across both strategic and mid-sized accounts with focus on SCIA, our 3d-FEM structural analysis application.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within SaaS, BIM, or design software, ideally in AEC or project-based industries.
- Proven ability to grow revenue within a customer portfolio.
- Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Experience building and executing structured account plans for strategic or mid-market clients.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage account activities, revenue pipeline, and forecasts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical aptitude and interest in developing a deep understanding of ALLPLAN’s BIM platform and ecosystem.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to balance multiple accounts and priorities in a dynamic environment.
