About the role:
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting backend integrations, content delivery, and automation initiatives across different workflows.
🧠Required Experience
6–10 years of total experience in software or platform development
(Mid-level: 5–7 years | Tech Lead: 8+ years)
5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments with distributed teams
🛠Required Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of JavaScript
ServiceNow development skills including:
Glide Scripting

Experience designing backend APIs, data structures, and integrations
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes across system components
