This is a remote position.

Role Overview

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, engaging with prospects through calls, emails, or messages, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales or business development team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to qualify leads effectively. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where meeting targets is essential.


Success Metrics (KPIs)
  • Daily/Weekly Calls & Outreach: Maintain a minimum number of outbound calls, emails, or messages daily.

  • Appointment Conversion Rate: Percentage of outreach that results in booked appointments.

  • Show-up Rate: Percentage of scheduled appointments where prospects actually attend.

  • Lead Qualification Accuracy: Ensuring only quality leads are passed to the sales team (minimizing no-shows or unqualified prospects).

  • CRM Updates: 100% accurate and timely logging of all communications and appointments in the CRM system.


Experience
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred.

  • Hands-on use of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar).

  • Experience with outbound calling, email marketing, or LinkedIn prospecting.

  • Exposure to sales environments with targets and KPIs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage potential leads.

  • Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria before scheduling appointments.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.

  • Collaborate with the sales/business development team to optimize lead generation efforts.

  • Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but not yet booked a call.

  • Manage calendar scheduling to avoid conflicts and maximize efficiency.

  • Provide regular reports on performance metrics to management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (clear, persuasive, and professional).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated to meet or exceed targets.

  • Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and persist with follow-ups.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools/software.

  • Positive, proactive attitude with a team-player mindset.


Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, sales support, or telemarketing.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar).

  • Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).

  • Stable internet connection and proper work setup (for remote roles).

  • Availability to work in the required time zone and shift.
