Germany onlyAs a AMS Consultant, you will be responsible for the remote care and optimization of SAP systems for our customers in the SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM area, with a focus on integration and data replication. You will analyze and design efficient processes in the above-mentioned modules and be responsible for the technical implementation through customizing. You will also support existing customers in this area and implement training for customers and interested parties.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in SAP HCM consulting and/or SAP module management with a focus on integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
- BIB and Point-to-Point are not foreign words to you.
- Familiar with SAP HCM personnel administration and organizational management and SuccessFactors EC, including position management.
- Knowledge in SAP HCM personnel accounting and personnel time accounting is an advantage.
- Well-developed communication ability in German and English, and high social competence.
