Urbantz is looking for a part-time Freelance Interim Recruitment Coordinator to support their HR & Finance Team by keeping hiring processes running smoothly and ensuring candidates and managers stay aligned.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in recruitment (tech / scale-up environment)
  • Native in French and fluent in English
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to run multiple processes at once
  • Comfortable using an ATS and working with fast-moving teams
  • Sharp communication, structured thinking, solution-oriented mindset
