Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in recruitment (tech / scale-up environment)
- Native in French and fluent in English
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to run multiple processes at once
- Comfortable using an ATS and working with fast-moving teams
- Sharp communication, structured thinking, solution-oriented mindset
