Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in managing IT projects in outsourcing
- Experience in creating IT products from scratch while meeting client requirements, budget, terms, and other restrictions
- Understanding of web and mobile development principles: understanding what an API is, how client-server communication works, basic database and cloud service concepts (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Ability to collect information from clients and users and transform it into business requirements, user stories, and software requirements
- Ability to prioritize product feature development based on stakeholder requirements
- Experience in stakeholder management and managing cross-functional teams
- Experience in successful conflict resolution and risk minimization
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
