Technical Project Manager

We are Uptech, an international software development company that collaborates with startups and well-known businesses from the USA and Europe.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in managing IT projects in outsourcing
• Experience in creating IT products from scratch while meeting client requirements, budget, terms, and other restrictions
• Understanding of web and mobile development principles: understanding what an API is, how client-server communication works, basic database and cloud service concepts (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Ability to collect information from clients and users and transform it into business requirements, user stories, and software requirements
• Ability to prioritize product feature development based on stakeholder requirements
• Experience in stakeholder management and managing cross-functional teams
• Experience in successful conflict resolution and risk minimization
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
