In this critical role, you will be part of the analytical engine powering our product development and operational decisions, giving our therapists & patients the best experience based on their needs and ultimately driving successful therapy outcomes.
You will be embedded within cross-functional squads (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, Clinical), translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive patient and therapist satisfaction and accelerate business growth. This role is perfect for someone who isn't just a data processor but a proactive, curious, and skeptical partner who constantly questions the 'why' and meticulously sense-checks every assumption.

What You'll Do

• Be a Data Storyteller: Partner with product managers, engineers, operations and clinical teams to monitor core metrics, understand performance and interpret user behavior. You'll go beyond the numbers to explain the "so what" to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Perform Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct sophisticated ad-hoc analyses to uncover commercial & behavioral insights, identify growth opportunities, and diagnose friction points in the user journey.

• Build Analytical Tools: Develop and maintain high-quality data models, dashboards, and reporting (using tools like Tableau, and Metabase) that enable teams to monitor performance autonomously.

• Champion Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B tests, providing rigorous, statistically sound insights & supporting analyses that inform our roadmap and strategy.

• Promote Data Literacy: Simplify and clearly communicate complex analytical findings, ensuring that everyone in the tribe - regardless of their technical background - can contribute their best to data-informed decisions.

✅ Must-have

• 3+ years of professional experience in a Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced tech or e-commerce environment.

• Advanced SQL Proficiency: High-level ability to write complex, efficient queries, ideally within a cloud environment like AWS Redshift.

• Data Visualization & Reporting: Hands-on experience building compelling, interactive dashboards using modern BI tools like Tableau or Metabase.

• Exceptional Communication: Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts and results to non-technical audiences clearly and confidently.

• English proficiency
