The Packaging Support Coordinator supports food packaging product lines by coordinating customer orders, artwork and proof approvals, vendor communications, purchase order setup, pricing updates, quality issue tracking, and vendor documentation/audit support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or above preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Proficiency using a MAC.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
