Join Tuxera as a Customer Retention Specialist and play a key role in defining processes and building a scalable renewal function. You will own and drive the renewal lifecycle across your EMEA customer portfolio, ensuring timely execution and a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, sales development, or account management
  • Strong ability to grasp complex, technical products and communicate their value clearly
  • Detail-oriented and process-minded
  • Comfortable working in an evolving environment with ambiguity
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and move things forward across internal teams
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as Copilot
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
