This is not a “casual AI user” role. We need someone who understands how to engineer prompts, refine outputs, and build repeatable AI workflows that save time and improve quality across the company.

KeyResponsibilities:
- Writing and optimizing prompts primarily in Perplexity (our main AI tool)
- Using Claude and Gemini as supporting tools when needed
- Turning AI outputs into structured, usable results
- Identifying tasks that can be improved or automated with AI
- Building repeatable AI workflows
- Creating SOPs and Loom videos so others can follow your systems
- Continuously improving prompt quality and output reliability
RequiredExperience & Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Perplexity (this is a must)
- Solid understanding of how to write effective AI prompts
- Experience using Claude and/or Gemini
- Excellent written English
- Systems thinker — you like turning chaos into process
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience creating SOPs or documentation is a big plus
Nicetohave:
- Experience building AI-assisted automations
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Experience documenting processes and creating internal training
- Basic understanding of operations, marketing, or outbound workflows
