Key Responsibilities
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients
- Manage and grow your own client portfolio and business
- Handle residential, buy-to-let, protection, and specialist lending cases
- Maintain compliant and professional advice standards
- Build long-term client relationships and retention
Requirements
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience in mortgage and/or protection advice
- Client-focused and commercially aware
- Motivated to grow a self-employed business
- Professional, compliant, and organised
- Open to self-employment or comparing current network support
- Knowledge within Specialist Lending
