Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license in any US state.
- Must be barred in the state of residence
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience focused on supporting the execution and closing of RMBS transactions, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality; precision in drafting and communication.
- Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion, confidentiality, ethics and fair/proper behavior.
