Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or similar roles within B2B SaaS
• Comfortable working with structured data such as product catalogs, attributes, spreadsheets, JSON, or CSV files
• Able to troubleshoot workflows and integrations, exploring APIs, documentation, and tools such as Postman when needed
• Curious about AI and automation, with interest in experimenting with LLMs or workflow tools to improve processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to customers
