At Truelogic, we're a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services headquartered in New York. We're seeking a skilled PL/SQL Software Engineer to join our distributed agile team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our HRIS product suite.

Requirements

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality PL/SQL code for new features and enhancements within our HRIS product lines.
  • Analyze, refactor, and modernize existing PL/SQL codebase to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Utilize and champion the use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to enhance productivity, code quality, and problem-solving efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex database-related issues in production and non-production environments.
