Join Truelogic as a Full Stack Engineer (Python/React) in our Bogota office. As a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services, we deliver top-tier technology solutions to companies of all sizes. We're seeking a skilled engineer to design, develop, and maintain Python-based microservices, integrate 3rd-party REST APIs, and build AI-powered features.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of professional back-end development experience, primarily using Python (FastAPI, Django preferred)
  • Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (SOAP experience is a plus)
  • Experience building AI-enabled applications or integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.)
  • Strong experience with microservices architecture and scalable system design
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work collaboratively with global teams
  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with at least 4 hours overlap with U.S. time zones
