Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Marketing Strategist to develop custom marketing strategies for newly acquired and underperforming apartment communities, analyze market conditions, and execute targeted digital and offline campaigns to drive qualified traffic and leasing performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in multifamily, real estate, or property marketing.
- Intermediate experience in Entrata, Microsoft (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Canva, and social media (Instagram,Facebook, TikTok).
- Proficient in Google Suite (Analytics, Ads, SearchConsole, Tag Manager, Seach Console, and Business Profile), Meta Ads Manager, and EliseAI required.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Photoshop) and video editing in a software of choice (Adobe XD, CapCut, etc.) preferred.
