Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 4 – 6 years of experience in construction cost estimation, preferably in commercial or residential construction
- Certification in cost estimating (e.g., Certified Professional Estimator)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
