Key Responsibilities
- Lead Trilon’s AI team to align strategy and execution on high-impact use cases
- Own the AI product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch, change management, and scaling
- Drive build versus buy evaluations in collaboration with technical teams, procurement, and business stakeholders
- Measure adoption, track business value, and integrate user feedback for continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain a multi-year AI and innovation roadmap that aligns with enterprise goals
- Sequence initiatives for maximum impact while managing risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
- Surface issues early and keep execution moving forward
- Facilitate governance forums that ensure AI is deployed responsibly, securely, and in compliance with regulations
- Partner with legal, security, and compliance teams to uphold data privacy and customer trust
- Build a company-wide AI learning program with role-based pathways
- Partner with HR and L&D to embed AI and innovation skills into onboarding and career development
- Equip technical teams, business users, and leaders to confidently apply AI tools in their work
- Champion adoption of AI through communication, engagement, and enablement efforts
- Showcase wins through newsletters, demo days, and internal events
- Work with functional leaders and IT to embed AI into core workflows and systems
- Build and maintain a transparent inventory of AI initiatives, owners, and success metrics
- Standardize intake and prioritization processes to keep innovation flowing
- Track real-world impact and use insights to guide future investments
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 10+ years in program or product management, ideally in enterprise IT, AI/ML, software/startup, or digital transformation
- 4+ years specifically focused on AI/ML programs, platforms, or transformation initiatives
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic outcomes in complex environments
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving emerging technology, data, or automation
- Proven ability to manage both technical and business stakeholders in a distributed or matrixed organization
- Strong strategic thinker who can turn complexity into clarity and action
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms such as GPTs, copilots, generative AI, or cloud AI services
- Experience working with agile teams, architects, developers, and data analysts
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, governance frameworks, and change management
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business domains
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data science, or a related field
