This is a Remote Position for applicants based in the Philippines ONLY!

TransPerfect Connect (TPC)is looking for Filipino bilinguals at all levels with demonstrated experience utilizing their bilingual skills in a professional setting.

Candidates must be fluent in English and target language and aspire to be fantastic advocates for our end clients, utilizing their newly learned talents to deliver superior consecutive interpretations. So, whether you’re helping a patient communicate with their doctor or assisting a family in securing a loan with a bank, we want someone excited about using their language abilities to help others.

Interpreter is responsible for providing consecutive interpretation services Over-The-Phone remotely, as well as Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services, which involve interpreting over a video call, enabling interpreters to assist clients in real-time without being physically present.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Work from Home experience
• Professional proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in English and Target Language at an above-average level
• Ability to pass a language and technical requirements
• Bilingual customer service experience
• Must be aFilipino citizenorhave a work permit for non-Filipinos

Required work tools to Work from Home

• A Windows or Mac computer (8GB RAM or higher) With a min2GHzprocessor and a relatively new CPU
• Wired headset (not a wireless headset)
• Broadband direct Modem cable connection (high-speed Internet connection)
• At least Windows 10 or OS X Yosemite
• A quiet workspace/home office with no distractions
• Functioning Webcam
